Rockbrook is owned by FamEd, a company limited by guarantee, not having a share capital, incorporated in Ireland under the Companies Acts on 12th May 1993, and having as objects‚to establish, maintain, operate and administer schools and educational institutions of all kinds for the advancement of education generally.

The directors of FamEd act as trustees of Rockbrook. FamEd is responsible for the ethos of the school. FamEd appoints four of the eight members of the school‚ Board of Management.
