Rockbrook holds traditional parent-teacher meetings in winter and in spring, asking parents to meet with the school staff on two occasions during the year.
Teachers mark the student’s journal regularly and parents are asked to sign the journal weekly. In this way, parents come to be aware of issues as they arise. From time to time a teacher may phone home to a parent should there issues of concern.
Teachers complete assessment or report cards three times annually giving parents up-to-date details on a student’s behaviour, effort and attainment.
Teachers who act as mentors are available twice per year to meet with parents.
