Crest & Motto

Our motto ‘Inter medium montium’ means ‘through the midst of the mountains’ (Psalm 103). While these words appropriately reflect the school’s setting, more fundamentally they indicate that ‘all obstacles will be overcome’. The motto is proudly worn by our students, who realise that it calls upon them to grow in daring and courage throughout their school career and afterwards. In our school crest, the open book, the inscribed words and the torches aflame all represent a desire for true learning.
